Federico Vazquez M.Ed., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ Founder
Tony is the Founder and CEO of HRE Behavioral Consultants of Central Florida. He has worked in public eduction for 9 years. Specifically serving children within Exceptional Student Education, Self-Contained classrooms. His goal is to help children with disabilities learn to overcome obstacles in order to thrive in day to day life and become the best version of themselves. From the beginning Tony noticed a need for high-quality ABA therapy and sought to fill that gap. So he got to work right away building a team of like-minded educators and professionals to do more than just provide a service, but to make a difference.
Sara Thompson, BCBA
Sara is a dedicated professional with a profound commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disorders. With a background in education and a current role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Sara brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her work.
As a mother of four, two of whom are on the autism spectrum, Sara's personal experiences have profoundly shaped her professional journey. Her firsthand understanding of the challenges and triumphs faced by individuals with autism and their families fuels her passion and advocacy efforts.
Sara's dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors; she is also a passionate advocate for her clients, tirelessly working to promote understanding, acceptance, and access to resources and services for individuals with autism and their families.

Stephanie has worked in ABA for 8 years helping families reach their child's full potential. Having children with disabilities, she understands the difficulties many families experience. She wanted to join a team that put the children and quality of care first, and she has found that working at HRE Behavioral Consultants of Central Florida.

Sydney Stein, RBT
Sydney has worked in the ABA field for 4 years, serving in multiple settings including clinical, in home, and in school. She is currently in grad school pursuing a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior with future plans to become a Behavior Analyst. Sydney's favorite aspect of ABA is being able to interact with the children while helping and encouraging them to find their own voices and independence. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and dog, Reggie.

Jessica Somarriba, RBT
Jessica has worked with children and adults with disabilities for the last 7 years but she is fairly new to the ABA field. She has a passion for assisting those in need and strives to help others thrive and overcome obstacles. She wanted to join a team of like-minded individuals that put the children first, while focusing on delivering exceptional client centered care. Here at HRE Behavioral Consultants of Central Florida they provide just that.

Hadley Jackson, RBT
Hadley has a passion and love for children, which is what led her to the field of ABA. Hadley has shadowed at Orange Blossom Therapy Center and is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Speech and Hearing Science, with future plans to also obtain SLP certification. Hadley’s favorite aspect of ABA is building relationships and helping those in need develop life long skills to grow and reach their fullest potential. In her spare time, you can catch her at baseball games, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Brianna Hudson, RBT
Brianna was a stay at home mom before working with children in daycares for 4 years. These roles led her into the field of ABA therapy. She wants to be able to help kids overcome behavior challenges instead of seeing them kicked out of social/educational settings. She loves working with kids and watching them grow and progress. She plans on pursuing a masters degree to become a BCBA. She devotes all of her spare time to her family, husband, and kids!

Alex Marine, RBT
Alex has always enjoyed working with children and has been doing so for the past 4 years. She found her passion for helping children with disabilities after substituting in an ESE classroom and eventually being hired full time to work as an enhancement paraprofessional at Woodlawn Elementary School. She now enjoys the one-on-one connection with children and their families that her position as an RBT provides. Alex's priority is to ensure that her clients get as much support from her as possible, and she plans to continue her career in ABA.

Emilia has a strong background in childcare, with five years of daycare experience, and has spent the last two years as a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician. Passionate about fostering progress in children with special needs, she is now seeking to enter a Master's program in Behavior Analysis. Emilia aspires to expand her skills and knowledge to become a Behavior Analyst. As a mother of two children and a devoted wife, she values quality family time and enjoys outdoor activities with her children during her free time

As a wife, mother of three, and childcare professional, Lacey knows the joy and challenge of nurturing young minds. With over 8 years of experience working with children, including 5 as a VPK teacher, Lacey has a passion for guiding children’s development. Seeking to make an even greater impact, Lacey became a Registered Behavior Technician because she has seen how early intervention shapes a child's path and to provide specialized hands-on support to those with developmental needs. Lacey is thrilled to combine her childcare experience with specialized training to make a real difference for families. Lacey believes all children deserve to have their potential unlocked and is so happy to be a part of their journeys.

Isaac Neverson is a recent graduate with a passion for both academics and fitness. Born and raised in the beautiful city of Lake Placid. Before becoming an RBT, he was always driven by curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. Growing up in a household where education was highly valued, Isaac developed a strong work ethic and a determination to excel in his studies. His academic journey took him to pursue his bachelors in applied behavioral analysis, from USF. While there, Isaac demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills, along with molding his creativity while still remaining critical in his thinking. From a young age, Isaac has exemplary marks for his discipline, and resilience to maintain a healthy lifestyle, with the influence to train the mental as well as the physical. His commitment to fitness not only provided him with a sense of balance and well-being but also instilled in him a mindset of perseverance and determination that he carried into every aspect of her life. Through his rigorous training regimen, Isaac learned the importance of setting goals, staying disciplined, and pushing past his limits to achieve success.

Meet Teryl L. Clark, a registered behavior technician (RBT) with a passion for traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. She is the mother of one adult son. With a Master's degree under her belt, Teryl is a true testament to the value of hard work and dedication, and she serves as an advocate for those who are dealing with autism and related disabilities. She aims to empower families.
Teryl's positive outlook on life is evident in her sociable and welcoming personality traits. She has a natural ability to connect with others and make them feel at ease, which is a valuable skill in her line of work as an RBT. Her positive attitude and approachable demeanor make her an asset to the team.
When Teryl isn't working, she can be found exploring new destinations and experiencing new cultures. Her love for travel has taken her to some of the most beautiful places in the U.S. and she always returns home with a new perspective and appreciation for life. In addition to her love for travel, Teryl also values quality time with her loved ones and enjoys creating lasting memories with them.
